Pop Guru Limited are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. We're not a huge, faceless company. We supply a full VAT invoice with your delivery and assure that we've paid all due taxes and duties at the time of import.

Making A Purchase
We accept most major credit and debit cards. If you are shopping from overseas, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. You can also pay by cheque or bank transfer and even by cash, although we would ask that you would only use cash through the post as a last resort and - for your own peace of mind - send any cash using a secure, registered service.
Shipping And Handling
Standard delivery within the UK is FREE. If your order is urgent, you'll be able to upgrade (at extra cost) during checkout.

All of our deliveries require a signature.

Charges are based on a combination of weight and urgency.

For international deliveries, we use International Signed For. For a small surcharge, and for selected (mainly European) countries, you can upgrade to Airsure.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any additional local taxes and/or import duties that may be applicable in your own country.

If you have a particular delivery request, just ask and we'll do our best to help. There may be occasions where, due to random extra security checks, we may ask for proof of residence or for additional information. Additionally, and from time to time, we may be unable to deliver to particular regions or countries due to circumstances beyond our control. Although we will endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible, please be aware that placing an order with us does not always guarantee that we've received it: at any time, if you have any concerns or questions, get in touch...we're here to help!
Delivery Schedule
We aim to satisfy your requirements from stock and have your item to you within 3-5 days. To help us to help you further, please enter a 'required by' date at the time of order. If an item is out of stock, we can usually obtain it within 7 working days, often less. Our stock levels are constantly monitored.

In the event that we have to place a special order, then this delivery time will unfortunately be extended. Our aim is to keep you informed of progress of your order, but please do call at any time to check the status.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

If you are a VAT registered business within the EU (but outside of the UK) you can click the exempt option, but MUST provide us with your VAT number at the time of order. The order has to be placed in the name of the business.

All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Pop Guru Ltd does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login)
d. Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases
e. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policy
In the event that you receive an item and find it unsuitable than it may be returned for refund, credit or exchange providing it is within 7 days of receipt.

The return is subject to the following conditions:
* Items are returned carriage paid.
* Items are received in a resalable condition.
* Items should be returned unused in their original condition.
* Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).
* Items returned after 7 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
* We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
* All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address and a copy of the original receipt
* We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered. Please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier. Please advise us of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

As an internet based company, we are committed to keeping our costs to a minimum. As part of this, we ask that all purchases are paid for in full prior to dispatch.
